A New Season

Easter ushered in the long-awaited Spring, but not the sunshine we were hoping for.  Yet we celebrated the Resurrection just the same-with Easter egg hunts, visits with grandparents and beautiful "Holy Week" services that reminded us of the hope we have in Jesus and His free gift of salvation.  And this year was extra special because we got to wake up Easter morning in our new house.

Kami at her many egg hunts.

Kami had a special surprise when Sarah Beth was at the church Easter egg hunt.

Kami's buddy Andrew

And best of all, Nana and Papa got to watch her collect eggs...a lot of eggs.

Every year the Bunny leaves lots of clues around the house and the kids have to do some real searching to find their baskets.  This year it started in the kitchen.

Obviously, Kathryn figured this clue out.

We had our family egg hunt too. Jackson was not willing to play along, but helped out his baby sister for half of her candy!
